It will be formally incorporated once a sufficient level of technological maturity and revenue potential has been reached. Our focus here is to deliver an accessible, low-barrier solution for midwives and families while operating within a conservative and highly regulated healthcare environment.
To ensure transparency and alignment with government and NGO partners, this unit remains clearly separated from our Web3 initiatives.
We are open to collaborations and funding from experienced stakeholders in the digital health space – including accelerators, angel investors, public grants, and early-stage venture programs at the national and European level.

DAO Infrastructure and Token-Based Ecosystems
Larissa.Health DAO Technologies is our exploration hub for decentralized governance and token-enabled infrastructure.
We started with operating the Cardano-based BIRTH stakepool, continue with building novel systems for self-sovereign identity, NFT-based incentives, and DAO-driven collaboration between midwives, developers, and global communities.
This branch offers high potential for innovation, but also requires a deeper level of understanding of blockchain dynamics and current regulatory challenges.
